Once your order has been collected or delivered, we are unable to accept responsibility for any damage that may occur during transport or handling. We recommend transporting your cake on a flat surface, away from direct sunlight and heat.
If you have any concerns about your order, please inspect it at the time of collection. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind or transport-related damage.
